Concept 
We will sit with you and discuss your current product to see if there are any improvements needed to maximize production costs, or discuss with you a new project to understand your needs.
Drawing 
In this stage our R&D engineers will make a preliminary 3D design based on your proposal and our discussions along with a fast sample for visual view.
Mold 
Forming 
When the mold is completed and tested it is cleared for production, and then thermoforming.
Testing 
During the production period , our QC dept. will inspect size, conductive parameters, and any other customer requirements.
Packing 
All packing will be outlined in the product specifications, our QC dept. will insure that all instructions are followed with proper label markings.
Shipment 
To insure proper loading SEABOOM will create a 3D design showing the loading format to insure proper maximum load.
